Katharine Blake is a writer and teacher. She received her JD from Stanford Law School and has taught at Vermont Law School’s Center for Justice Reform, at San Quentin Prison, and served as director of special projects for the Children’s Defense Fund. Her writing and poetry have appeared in The Washington Post, Image, Inquest and elsewhere. She lives in Virginia with her family.
